Product Description
The WOER Heat Shrink Tubing is a high-performance solution for electrical insulation and protection. Constructed from polyethylene (PE), it features a shrink ratio of 2:1, shrinking from 80mm to 40mm, providing tight and secure insulation. With a voltage rating of 1kV, it is suitable for high-insulation electrical applications. The black color and 25m length per roll make it ideal for large-scale wiring, insulation, and protection tasks in industrial and electrical environments, offering good mechanical strength and environmental resistance for long-term reliability.

Usage Instructions
1. Determine the length of heat shrink tubing needed for the wire, cable, or component to be insulated or protected.
2. Cut the tubing to the required length using appropriate tools.
3. Slide the tubing onto the wire, cable, or component.
4. Use a heat gun to apply heat evenly to the tubing. The tubing will shrink at a ratio of 2:1, conforming tightly to the surface.
5. Ensure the tubing is fully shrunk and securely attached, providing the desired insulation and protection. Store the remaining tubing in a dry place to maintain its performance. It is ideal for use in high-voltage electrical applications, industrial wiring, and component insulation scenarios.
