Usage Instructions

1. Determine the length of heat shrink tubing needed for the wire, component, or tubular item to be insulated or protected.

2. Cut the tubing to the required length using appropriate tools suitable for PTFE material.

3. Slide the tubing onto the wire, component, or tubular item.

4. Use a heat gun to apply heat evenly to the tubing. The tubing will shrink at a ratio of 1.7:1, conforming tightly to the surface. Ensure the heat gun temperature is appropriate for PTFE (compatible with its 260°C high-temperature resistance).

5. Ensure the tubing is fully shrunk and securely attached, providing the desired insulation, protection, or wrapping. Store the remaining tubing in a dry place to maintain its performance.
