Product Characteristics
- Durability: Made of PPR and electroplated brass, the valve is robust, corrosion-resistant, and designed for long-term use in water supply scenarios.
- Connection Performance: Heat fusion connection provides reliable leak-proof performance, ensuring stable water flow in plumbing systems.
- Easy Operation: The ergonomic lever handle allows for quick on/off control, simplifying flow regulation in home and engineering piping systems.
- Versatility: Suitable for water supply in home renovation, engineering construction, and water development projects, making it ideal for residential and commercial applications.
How to Use
- Prepare the PPR pipe and valve for heat fusion: ensure both surfaces are clean and free of debris.
- Use a heat fusion tool to heat the end of the PPR pipe and the valve’s PPR connection port until they reach the appropriate melting temperature.
- Quickly join the melted pipe and valve together, holding them firmly in place until the fusion cools and solidifies.
- Use the lever handle to open or close the valve: rotate 90 degrees to fully open or close the flow.
- Regularly inspect the valve for leaks, damage, or fusion joint issues, and repair or replace components if necessary.
Maintenance Tips
- Inspect the heat fusion joint periodically to ensure it remains secure and leak-proof.
- Clean the valve exterior and handle to prevent debris buildup and ensure smooth operation.
- Test the valve’s sealing performance regularly to ensure it remains leak-proof in water supply systems.
