Product Characteristics
- Durability: Made of brass and copper alloy, the valve is robust and corrosion-resistant, ensuring a long service life in automated fluid control scenarios.
- Sealing Performance: PTFE sealing material provides reliable leak-proof performance, critical for safe fluid handling and preventing hazardous leaks in automated systems.
- Automatic Operation: AC220V electric actuation allows for remote or timed control, eliminating the need for manual valve operation in automated setups.
- IP54 Protection: The actuator’s protection grade ensures resistance to dust and water splashes, suitable for various indoor and protected outdoor environments.
How to Use
- Ensure the valve and mating pipes have compatible NPT internal threads.
- Apply thread sealant or Teflon tape to the male threads of the pipe for a secure, leak-proof connection.
- Screw the valve onto the pipe by hand first, then tighten with a wrench (avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage).
- Connect the electric actuator to an AC220V power source and wire it to the control system (e.g., timer, sensor, or building management system).
- Test the valve by activating the electric actuator; it should rotate 90 degrees to fully open or close the flow.
- Regularly inspect the valve for leaks, corrosion, electrical connections, and actuator performance, and repair or replace components if necessary.
Maintenance Tips
- Check the electrical connections periodically to ensure secure wiring and proper voltage supply.
- Clean the valve exterior and threads to prevent debris buildup and corrosion.
- Test the valve’s sealing and electric actuation performance regularly to ensure it operates automatically and leak-proofly in fluid systems.
