Installation Guidelines

1. Measure and mark the required length of the pipe, then cut it using a suitable pipe cutter or saw. Ensure the cut ends are smooth and free of burrs.
2. Clean the ends of the pipes and the inner surfaces of the fittings to remove any debris or dirt.
3. Apply a uniform layer of PVC solvent cement to the outer surface of the pipe end and the inner surface of the fitting socket.
4. Immediately insert the pipe into the fitting socket, ensuring it is fully seated and held in place for a few seconds to allow the cement to set.
5. Allow the solvent cement to cure completely as per the manufacturer’s instructions before pressurizing the water supply system.
