How to Use

1. Ensure the coupling and mating male plug are compatible with SF40 specifications and 1/2″ NPT female thread.
2. Apply thread sealant (if needed) to the 1/2″ NPT female thread and screw the coupling onto the threaded port by hand first, then tighten with a wrench (avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage).
3. Align the male plug with the female socket and push to connect; the self-locking mechanism will engage to secure the connection.
4. To disconnect, release the self-locking mechanism (per C-type design) and pull the coupling apart. Inspect the connection for leaks before operating the system, and regularly check for any signs of wear or damage.
