Usage Instructions

1. Before installation, ensure the equipment (valve, pump, reactor) is shut down and isolated from all power sources.
2. Remove the old packing (if present) and thoroughly clean the packing chamber to remove any debris, residue, or old sealing material.
3. Cut the JIUWANG graphite packing to the required length, ensuring clean, square cuts for optimal sealing.
4. Install the packing into the packing chamber, layer by layer, ensuring each layer is properly seated and aligned. For square section packing, ensure the corners fit snugly into the chamber.
5. Adjust the packing gland to achieve the desired sealing tightness. Avoid over-tightening, which can cause excessive friction and wear.
