Technology & Construction
Integrates auto-darkening technology with a liquid crystal filter that adjusts shade between 4 (light) and 9-13 (dark). The helmet features cotton lining and sweat-resistant sheepskin for comfort, along with a rack-type headframe for easy adjustment. The liquid crystal filter size is 5.2×1.65in (133×42mm), with a visual coverage of 3.6×1.65in (92×42mm).
Design & Functionality
Adopts a head-mounted design for hands-free operation. The auto-darkening filter transitions rapidly (≤0.00004s) between light and dark states, providing clear pre-welding visibility and instant protection during welding. The adjustable shade range (4/9-13) and comfortable lining make it suitable for various welding techniques and extended use.
Protective Capabilities
Shields against intense welding light, UV, IR rays, heat, and flying sparks. The auto-darkening feature ensures eyes are protected instantly when welding starts, reducing the risk of eye injuries. It is suitable for MIG, MAG, TIG welding, and other processes, providing reliable protection in temperatures ranging from -5°C to +55°C.
Usage Instructions
1. Adjust the rack-type headframe to fit your head securely and comfortably.
2. Position the helmet over your head, ensuring the liquid crystal filter is aligned for clear visibility.
3. During welding, the filter will automatically darken; no manual adjustment is needed.
4. After use, store the helmet in a dry, clean place within the temperature range of -5°C to +55°C.
5. Regularly inspect the auto-darkening system, lining, and headframe for any signs of wear or damage, replacing components as needed to maintain optimal protection.
Applicable Scenarios
Ideal for MIG, MAG, TIG welding, and other processes in industrial environments. Suitable for welders seeking an economical, auto-darkening helmet with adjustable shades, fast switching speed, and comfortable wear for extended periods.
