Usage Method

1. Identify the equipment or energy source that needs to be locked out and determine the number of authorized personnel involved.
2. Open the BOZZYS Insulated Hasp Lock BD-K42 using the up and down push-pull mechanism.
3. Secure the hasp lock to the equipment or lockout point.
4. Each authorized personnel inserts their respective padlock into the lock holes (up to 6 padlocks can be used).
5. Verify that the hasp lock is securely in place and the equipment is locked out.
6. When the work is completed and it is safe to remove the lockout, all authorized personnel must remove their padlocks, then open the hasp lock using the push-pull mechanism to release the equipment.
