Product Characteristics
- Material & Durability: Constructed from durable nylon PA, offering excellent temperature resistance (-20℃ to +120℃) and long-term reliability in industrial environments.
- Dimensions & Capacity: Hook diameter 0.37in (9.5mm), lock hole diameter 0.28in (7mm), holds up to 6 padlocks for multi-person lockout-tagout (LOTO) management.
- Environmental Suitability: Ideal for places requiring electrical isolation, corrosion resistance, or explosion protection, such as electrical facilities and hazardous environments.
- User-Friendly Design: Features an up and down push-pull opening mechanism, allowing for easy operation during lockout procedures.
- Multi-Person Management: Six-hole design enables 6 individuals to lock simultaneously, facilitating collaborative control over the same energy source for comprehensive safety.
Usage Method
- Identify the equipment or energy source that requires lockout and determine the number of authorized personnel involved (up to 6).
- Open the PROLOCKEY Hasp Lock NH01 using the up and down push-pull mechanism.
- Secure the hasp lock to the equipment or lockout point.
- Each authorized personnel inserts their respective padlock into the lock holes (up to 6 padlocks can be used).
- Verify that the hasp lock is securely in place and the equipment is locked out.
- When the work is completed and it is safe to remove the lockout, all authorized personnel must remove their padlocks, then open the hasp lock using the push-pull mechanism to release the equipment.
Application Scenarios
- Industrial facilities implementing LOTO procedures for machinery, equipment, and energy sources maintenance in environments with electrical isolation or corrosion resistance requirements.
- Chemical plants, petroleum refineries, and coal mines where explosion protection and multi-person lockout are critical.
- Electronic manufacturing sites and other environments where controlling access to energy sources by multiple personnel is necessary for safety compliance.
