Usage Method

1. Identify the equipment switch that requires lockout and determine the number of authorized personnel involved (up to 6).
2. Secure the HA Insulated Hasp Lock HA03303 to the equipment switch.
3. Each authorized personnel inserts their respective padlock into the hasp lock (up to 6 padlocks can be used).
4. Verify that all padlocks are securely in place and the equipment switch is locked out.
5. When maintenance is completed and it is safe to remove the lockout, all authorized personnel must remove their padlocks. Only after all padlocks are removed can the hasp lock be opened and the equipment switch be operated.
