Usage Method
- Identify the equipment or energy source needing lockout and determine the number of authorized personnel.
- Attach BOZZYS Hasp Lock BD-K12 to the lockout point using the appropriate hook size (1in or 1.5in).
- Each authorized personnel inserts their padlock into the lock holes (up to 6 padlocks).
- Verify the hasp lock is securely fastened and the equipment is locked out.
- When work is complete, all authorized personnel remove their padlocks before releasing the hasp lock.
