Usage Method

1. Identify the equipment or energy source that requires lockout and determine the number of authorized personnel involved.
2. Attach the BOZZYS Hasp Lock BD-K22 to the lockout point or equipment using the appropriate hook size (1in or 1.5in).
3. Each authorized personnel inserts their respective padlock into the lock holes (up to 6 padlocks can be used).
4. Verify that the hasp lock is securely fastened and the equipment is locked out.
5. When the work is completed and it is safe to remove the lockout, all authorized personnel must remove their padlocks before releasing the hasp lock from the equipment.
