Usage Method

1. Identify the 110V/220V/550V electrical plug or pneumatic fitting that needs to be locked out for safety or maintenance purposes.
2. Place the BRADY Plug Lock PLO27E over the plug or fitting, ensuring it fits securely within the size specifications.
3. Use the holes on the lock to secure cables or lock pneumatic accessories as needed.
4. Insert a safety padlock into the lock hole to secure the lockout device (padlock not included).
5. Verify that the plug or fitting is fully locked out and cannot be operated.
6. When the work is completed and it is safe to remove the lockout, remove the padlock and then take off the plug lock.
