Usage Method

1. Identify the industrial plug that needs to be locked out for maintenance or safety reasons.
2. Place the PROLOCKEY Plug Safety Lock EPL02 onto the plug, ensuring it fits securely within the size specifications (plug diameter ≤3.15in, locking wire ≤1.02in).
3. Insert 2-4 safety padlocks (with shackle diameter ≤0.28in) into the shackle openings for collective lockout.
4. Verify that the plug is fully locked out and cannot be operated.
5. When the work is completed and it is safe to remove the lock, all authorized personnel must remove their respective padlocks before taking off the plug lock.
