Usage Method

1. Identify the 110V/220V or 220V/600V plug that needs to be locked out for safety or maintenance purposes.
2. Open the HA Plug Lockout Device HA03204.
3. Place the plug into the lockout device.
4. Close the lockout device and secure it with up to 3 padlocks directly or use a six-hole lockout for multi-person management.
5. Verify that the plug is fully locked out and cannot be operated.
6. When the work is completed and it is safe to remove the lockout, remove the padlocks (and six-hole device if used) and open the lockout to release the plug.
